A sleeveless cable-knit vest at 5GG-7GG - heavy enough to read as outerwear over a shirt, with no sleeves to fit or grade. Two things follow from that, and they are why this body gets specified for group and uniform programmes: the flat front panel above the cable takes a crest, chest logo or embroidered badge without fighting the stitch, and sizing across a mixed group is far more forgiving than a sleeved body, because there is no sleeve length to get wrong.
Navy is the sample colourway, not the range. The body is knitted to order, so the colour is yours to specify - send a Pantone TCX code, a swatch or an existing garment and we return a lab dip before bulk. The acrylic content in the wool / acrylic build is what keeps it washable for a garment that gets worn hard and laundered often.
To quote you we need: quantity and colour breakdown, artwork for any crest or logo (vector preferred, a clean image works), size range, and the date you need them in hand. Pricing on this style runs USD 8.97-14.59 per piece by quantity - a real quoted range, not an index figure. MOQ is 30 pieces per colour. Sampling runs 15-25 days from a confirmed tech pack and yarn, bulk 30-45 days. If you are working to an event or launch date, say so up front - dated programmes are planned backwards from the deadline rather than forwards from the order.
The same body, specified for a fashion range.
Everything above is written around group and uniform programmes, because that is what this body is most often specified for. It is also the block we are most often asked to re-cut for a fashion range, and that is a different set of decisions.
Fit. Regular is how the sample is knitted, not a limit. The same panel is re-calculated for an oversized, relaxed or unisex block - a dropped shoulder, a wider body and a deeper armhole are a re-calculation of the panel, not a different garment. Unisex sizing is unusually clean on a sleeveless body, for the same reason the sizing is forgiving across a mixed group: there is no sleeve length to reconcile between blocks.
Stitch tension. A deliberately opened tension gives the airy, slightly under-knitted handle behind the current relaxed direction. Two things to know before specifying it. A loose tension changes the measurements, so a fitted block cannot simply be graded up and slackened - the panel has to be re-calculated. And the handle is confirmed on a knitted swatch before the graded sample, rather than discovered at fit.
