Short-Sleeve Knit Polo in nylon-look yarn / mercerized cotton, knitted at 12GG (fine) — fine diagonal-twill knit face. Shown in grey.
Construction: a knitted collar and placket rather than a woven trim set into the panel; short sleeves with a rib cuff that holds its width.
On 12GG (fine) — machine time rather than yarn weight sets most of the unit cost at this gauge, and mercerized under tension before knitting, which is where the lustre and the dimensional stability come from.
Ready sample: the style exists, so a sample runs about 7 days rather than the 15-25 a new development needs. MOQ 30 per colour, sizes mixable inside the 30, indicative USD 11.50-15.50.
