Custom product development for B2B apparel buyers.
Women's cardigan development - open-front, button-through, zip and hooded styles across 27 published references, 3GG to 14GG, in wool, cashmere, merino, cotton and linen-viscose blends, at MOQ 30 pieces per colour. Legacy priced-reference index band USD 14.98-66.05 per piece. Cable, striped and fine-rib constructions sampled in 15-25 days; the full 3GG-18GG range is open to custom development. Shapes on this shelf include belted and self-tie longline cardigans, shawl-collar and open-front bodies, and fringed edges; all-over two-colour jacquard is developed on the same blocks. Pattern, fringe placement, belt hardware and body length are each specified separately, and any of these can be developed in merino or a wool-cashmere blend. New AI development references require an individual project quotation; the index band is not a quote for those concepts.

12GG and finer
Finer-gauge direction; machine feasibility, opacity and finishing are confirmed during sample review.

30 pieces per colour using stock yarn, the same across all 8 published women's cardigans. Custom-dyed colours carry a separate yarn mill minimum.
6 of our 8 published styles sit at 7GG-12GG. One is chunky 3GG-5GG for a cardigan-as-outerwear direction, and one is 12GG and finer for layering. We run 3GG to 18GG in house.
Our published index median for cardigans is USD 19.73 per piece FOB at MOQ 30. Within that, cotton blend sits at USD 14.98, wool blend at USD 17.36, cashmere blend at USD 31.48 and cashmere on a wool base at USD 66.05. The fibre decision, not the silhouette, moves the number.
Because the band was knitted at the wrong width or tension for the body fabric. It is the most common reason an otherwise good cardigan sample reads as wrong, and it shows up after washing rather than on the machine. We specify band width and tension on the tech pack and wash-test the first sample.
Yes. Nominate the brand, size and finish on the tech pack and we source to it. Note that a custom zip carries its own lead time ahead of knitting, so it should be fixed before sampling rather than during.
We focus on men's sweaters, cardigans, knit jackets, jacquard knitwear and private label knitwear. We support B2B buyers with OEM/ODM development, sampling and bulk production planning.
