5GG - 7GG
Chunkier texture direction; review yarn consumption, drape and recovery for this garment.
7GG - 12GG
Mid-gauge development direction; final density, weight and fit depend on yarn and construction.
Finer than 12GG
Finer-gauge direction; machine feasibility, opacity and finishing are confirmed during sample review.

30 pieces per colour using stock yarn, the same as any other garment in our range. A vest is not treated as a filler style with a different minimum.
All 8 published vests carry wool in the composition, and 6 of those also carry cotton - the transitional build that keeps selling past autumn. The 3 priced styles sit on a wool-blend fibre median of USD 17.36. Any vest can be re-quoted in merino or cashmere on the same construction.
At the armhole and neckline. Those edges take the most handling and are the most visible, so we link the rib rather than overlocking it. It is the single clearest difference between a developed vest and a filler one.
6 of our 8 published styles sit at 7GG-12GG, the classic over-shirt weight. 2 are 5GG-7GG for heavier cable and argyle vests worn as a mid-layer. Pattern work should be costed as its own line - 3 of our 8 vests carry cable or argyle.
We focus on men's sweaters, cardigans, knit jackets, jacquard knitwear and private label knitwear. We support B2B buyers with OEM/ODM development, sampling and bulk production planning.
