For plain and striped styles using the same yarn and colour, pieces can be combined toward a 30-piece minimum, with mixed sizes. For example, 25 sets of a plain jacket and trousers in the same yarn and colour total 50 pieces and meet that minimum. A different yarn or colour is counted separately. Jacquard and intarsia require 30 pieces per pattern; different patterns cannot be combined to reach this minimum. We check the yarn, colours and patterns of each set before confirming the order.

Yes. We source and apply custom buttons (corozo, metal with engraved logo, horn, resin), YKK and metal zippers with branded pulls, drawcords, elbow patches and tipping — or use hardware you nominate. Share a reference or sample and we'll match it.

Eight axes: yarn/fibre, colour (Pantone match and lab dips), gauge and knit structure, trims and hardware, branding and labels, special process and finishing (washes, brushing, anti-pill, printing, hand-linking), packaging, and design support.

Either. A sketch, reference photo or tech pack is enough to start — our sampling masters develop an accurate first proto and refine through revisions. A tech pack improves accuracy but is not required.

MOQ is from 30 pieces per colour, with samples in 15–25 days and bulk in 30–45 days. A custom-dyed colour is also available from 30 pieces, for a small-lot dyeing surcharge and 7–15 extra days; the surcharge falls away at the mill's 100–300-piece dye lot. Nominated hardware may add minimums and lead time.

Yes — garment, stone and enzyme washes, brushing for a fuzzy hand, anti-pill treatment, hand-feel softening, printing and hand-linking. Each is matched to the yarn and gauge and tested for shrinkage, hand and colourfastness before bulk.
