Can this knit cardigan be produced as private label / OEM?

Yes. We run full OEM/ODM private-label production - custom colours, sizing (XS–XL), yarn and gauge, plus woven main labels, care labels, hangtags and custom packaging under your own brand. Dongguan Licheng Garment holds OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100, ISO 9001, GRS and GOTS.

What is the minimum order quantity for this knit cardigan?

MOQ is 30 pieces per colour (plain and striped styles in the same yarn and colour can be combined), and sizes may be mixed within that 30 - so a first collection or a test drop is workable. Pricing is quoted on request for this style because it varies by yarn, gauge, colour count and quantity. Send your target quantity and we price it.

What is this knit cardigan knitted in, and at what gauge?

It is knitted in 65% viscose, 35% nylon at 7GG, with cardigan construction. We can also review merino wool, cotton-cashmere, organic cotton, linen blends and recycled yarns, and adjust gauge, colour, fit and trims to your target season and price.

How long do samples and bulk production take?

Development samples run about 15-25 days from a confirmed tech pack and yarn. Bulk is typically 30-45 days depending on quantity, yarn availability and how much customization the style carries.

Can the stripe detailing be changed for our own design?

Yes. We knit on our own flat-bed machines across 3GG-18GG, so stripe can be re-scaled, re-coloured or replaced with your artwork, and the neckline, fit, trims and length adjusted to your tech pack. We also add embroidery, appliqué and custom branding. This style is developed for B2B apparel brands and private-label buyers in North America and Europe.
