Inside the Factory
A look at the actual stages your knitwear moves through — computerized pattern programming, flat-knitting, yarn setup, washing and finishing.

Design & Programming
Stitch structures, jacquard and color layouts are programmed before knitting begins.

Knitting
Computerized flat-knitting machines knit panels to the programmed gauge and structure.

Knitting & Yarn
Yarn colors and counts are set up on each machine ahead of a production run.

Washing & Finishing
Knitted garments are washed and finished for handfeel, shape and surface before QC.
Quality Control
A clear inspection workflow helps buyers understand how quality risk is reduced before shipment.

Incoming yarn, color and handfeel are checked before sampling or bulk knitting.

Knitted panels and stitch consistency are reviewed during production.

Seams, linking, plackets and construction details are checked before finishing.

Finishing review focuses on handfeel, garment shape and surface appearance.

Measurements and appearance are reviewed against buyer requirements.

Packing, labels and carton readiness are checked before shipment.

Certificates are verified and available for buyer review on request. We only display certifications the factory genuinely holds.

Buyer Questions
We focus on heren truien, cardigans, gebreide jacks, jacquard knitwear en private label knitwear.
