A horizontal-ribbed knit polo with a johnny collar - the open, buttonless neckline that sits flat under a jacket instead of bunching at the lapel. The rib runs across the body rather than down it, which is what gives the polo its horizontal line and stops it clinging the way a jersey polo does.
